If you decide to go shopping inside of a retail store, always ask to see the pieces that are on sale. There's no reason to pay full price, especially when most items go on sale at least one or two times before they leave the store. Most items that are on sale are probably just pieces that didn't sell or that went out of style. This doesn't mean they don't look good, it just means new merchandise needed to be displayed. Most stores keep these items in the back or in clearance/sale sections of their store.
Also ask about store cards and coupons that are available. Signing up for a card may only require a few minutes of your time and can result in getting a discount on your first purchase. These savings options can mean getting authentic designer pieces without using your entire savings account to buy them.
Benefits of Saving Money:
- Nobody is going to know how much you paid for a designer piece of jewelry, so why break the bank? You can get brand new or almost brand new jewelry for really great prices if you just search around.
- Most jewelry items go on sale at some point, especially when they are about to go out of style. There is no reason to pay full price on these products when they will just be marked down later on. Even when they go on sale and out of style they still look great!
